Gas and Electricity are metered. We do not allow subletting and all owners must provide us with proof of a UK main residence.

A timber decking/patio area and skirting to the home is included in the price. We offer a written agreement of up to 30 years and the home may be occupied for any 48 weeks in a 52 week period.We donot allow subletting and proof of a main residence must be provided and held on file at the park office.
